HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (FOR A CAUSE)
The Head of Business Development will work directly with CEO and team to lead L.’s subscription e-commerce strategy as well as oversee offline retail expansion. Our ideal candidate has proven experience and leadership overseeing a high-growth subscription service, particularly in personal care products. She or he has deep insight on subscription-specific pricing, unit economics, and benchmark customer acquisition + retention metrics.
This role will define the roadmap for our company's subscription service growth, starting with condoms and then introducing adjacent categories of personal care products and other add-ons. Experience rolling out an extended line of products around a brand's core subscription product is highly valued.
Key responsibilities include supporting the company’s business activities, financial management and attention to key performance indicators.
As part of a very small team, the Head of Business Development will play a major role in L.'s growth and development, with significant opportunities for leadership and equity ownership.
